Do you deliver outside of Southern California?
No. We currently deliver only within Southern California.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on inventory availability, route scheduling, weather, traffic, and seasonal demand.
Can I choose an exact delivery date?
We will do our best to accommodate delivery requests; however, delivery dates and times are not guaranteed.
What is the delivery fee?
Orders under $299 are subject to a flat-rate $40 delivery fee.
Orders of $299 or more qualify for free delivery.
What if nobody is home during delivery?
If nobody is available at the time of delivery, we may leave the order in a safe location such as the driveway, sidewalk, front yard, porch, or other accessible area at our discretion.
Once the order has been delivered, responsibility for the plants transfers to the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or customer instructions requiring a return visit, additional delivery fees may apply.
Can you place plants in my backyard?
No. For safety and liability reasons, deliveries are typically made to the driveway, front yard, curb, or another accessible location on the property.
