At SoCal Plant, we specialize in delivering live plants throughout Southern California. Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship plants outside of our Southern California delivery area.

Orders under $299 are subject to a flat-rate delivery fee of $40.
Orders of $299 or more qualify for free delivery.

Order Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting all plants and products immediately upon delivery.
Any claims regarding damaged items, missing items, incorrect items, or delivery-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photographs.

Live plants are living products and may vary in size, fullness, color, growth habit, and appearance.
Once plants have been delivered, SoCal Plant is not responsible for plant health, transplant shock, watering practices, weather conditions, soil conditions, pests, diseases, neglect, or any other factors outside of our control.
Limitation of Liability
SoCal Plant’s responsibility ends upon successful delivery of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delivery delays, customer care practices, weather conditions, or plant performance after delivery.

Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are considered final.
Customers must inspect all plants and products upon delivery or pickup. Any concerns regarding plant condition, incorrect items, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Because we cannot control planting conditions, watering practices, soil conditions, weather, pests, diseases, or ongoing care after plants leave our possession, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or guarantees on live plants after delivery or pickup.
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:
The wrong item was delivered.
The item arrived significantly damaged during delivery.
A claim is submitted within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos.
Plants that have been planted, transplanted, repotted, neglected, overwatered, underwatered, exposed to extreme weather, or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Special orders, custom orders, installation services, delivery fees, and labor charges are non-refundable.
By purchasing from SoCal Plant, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
